ICE FISHING GUIDE SERVICE

YOAdrien Charters is a year round guide service concentrating on the waters of Lake Winnipesaukee. During the winter we target lake trout by jigging and tip up fishing. We often catch other species such as Salmon (must be released), Rainbow Trout, Perch, Pickerel and Bass. A guided ice fishing trip includes transportation out on the lake by snowmobile, all bait and tackle, use of a portable ice fishing cabin, and guides full attention to detail. As with all YOAdrien Charters, Fish are guaranteed, if you don't catch anything there is no charge.

Rates: for the 2007-2008 Ice fishing season are $250 for 1-3 people for an 8 hour fishing day. 

Snowmobile is a 2003 Ski-Doo Skandic 440 in top shape.

The Fishing Shanty is a 2007 Frabill Tri-Plex with 3 comfy bucket seats.

A full array of the finest tip ups are used and a number of quality ice fishing rods are always ready to go.

DRESS WARM!!! Ice Fishing is a WINTER SPORT PERFORMED ON ICE!

Dress in multiple layers, at least 3, with a thermal or "Long Johns" layer, an insulating layer, and a heavy and preferrably water proof outer layer. If you have extra insulating layers like sweatshirts and sweatpants put them on, you can always take them off. Jeans make poor insulating layers but help if it's all you have. 2 pairs of gloves is preferred, a warm hat, thick socks and heavy boots are necessary, even on a warm day just standing on the ice can make your feet cold. A rubber soled waterproof winter boot is best, sometimes the snow is slushy and leather boots(no matter how waterproof) will become saturated and freeze. If you do not have these items available to you please let me know and i can gather some extra items to ensure your comfort on the ice.
